Predator: Killer of Killers Brings Blood, Blades, and Beasts to Disney+ in 2025

Get ready to witness history’s deadliest warriors face their greatest hunt yet. 20th Century Studios has just announced Predator: Killer of Killers, a bold new animated action-adventure film set in the Predator universe. The film premieres June 6, 2025, exclusively on Disney+, and it's already shaping up to be one of next year’s most savage releases.

Told as an anthology, the film promises a brutal, globe-spanning collision of time periods, cultures, and carnage. Viewers will follow three fearsome fighters, each a killer in their own era: a Viking raider leading her son on a ruthless mission of revenge, a ninja locked in a deadly struggle with his samurai brother in feudal Japan, and a WWII pilot confronting an unearthly menace in the skies above Europe. But their personal wars are nothing compared to the threat they’ll soon face: the Predator – a hunter evolved to stalk the most dangerous prey across time and space.

The film is directed by Prey’s Dan Trachtenberg, with Josh Wassung of The Third Floor stepping in as co-director. The script comes from Micho Robert Rutare, with the story developed by Trachtenberg and Rutare. Long-time Predator producer John Davis returns alongside a stacked production team including Marc Toberoff, Ben Rosenblatt, and a group of Predator universe veterans.

With its fresh animated format and anthology structure, Killer of Killers looks ready to deliver a visceral twist on the classic Predator mythos — blending historical warfare with high-concept sci-fi horror.

The hunt begins June 6.
