If your idea of saving the world involves cooking dinner, throwing parties, and dancing your way through danger, Baladins might just be your next co-op obsession.
The charming tabletop-inspired fantasy RPG from indie studio Seed by Seed, published by Armor Games Studios, is officially making its way to Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 5|4 on Friday, February 20, 2026, following its successful PC launch on Steam.
Set in the lush, storybook land of Gatherac, Baladins swaps traditional hack-and-slash heroics for something far more wholesome, and surprisingly tense. Players take on the role of the legendary Baladins, a group of travelling heroes whose sacred duty isn’t slaying monsters, but entertaining the people of the land. Unfortunately, a time-devouring dragon has other plans.
A Fantasy Adventure Without the Fighting

Unlike most RPGs, Baladins is entirely combat-free, instead leaning into choice-driven storytelling, creative problem solving, and cooperative play. Every decision matters, with a choose-your-own-adventure structure that leads to multiple branching paths and vastly different endings.
Players can adventure solo or team up with up to four friends in online or local co-op, combining abilities across five distinct character classes. Cook up morale-boosting meals, impress crowds with dazzling dance routines, bend light as the Luxomancer, or bring the heat as the Pyro. Each class offers unique ways to approach quests and obstacles, encouraging experimentation and replayability.
Entertain, Befriend, Repeat
The heart of Baladins lies in its interactions with the world and its people. Gatherac is packed with friendly townsfolk, hidden secrets, and quirky quests, from helping locals throw unforgettable parties to joining them for workouts or preparing a perfect meal. Success isn’t measured by enemies defeated, but by the joy you spread.
As you journey through forests and towns, you’ll collect items from wandering merchants, discover new narrative threads, and slowly piece together the fate of the kingdom, all in sessions perfectly suited for bite-sized play or longer, cosy co-op marathons.

More Adventures Await
PC players already have access to post-launch content that expands the world even further, including a new Bard character and the region of Roazay, a once war-torn land filled with new inhabitants, quests, and stories. Console players can expect to experience the full charm of Baladins when it arrives next month.
“We knew we weren’t done with the world of Baladins after the PC launch,” said Dan McNeely, CEO and Founder of Armor Games Studios. “We’re excited to bring this charming tale to even more adventurers than ever with next month’s Nintendo Switch and PlayStation releases.”
